Do you offer personalisation or hampers?

We don't offer personalisation or customisation on our products online, however if ordering significant quantities, we may be able to cater to your request. Email shop@garconwines.com with your required quantities and other requirements and we'll see what we can do.

 

Can you send bottles to different addresses? 

Unfortunately we can not ship single bottles to individual addresses. If you would like to order multiple cases to different addresses, please place separate orders. 

 

When will my wine be shipped?

We are now taking orders which will be sent out from 30th November 2022. 

 

How do you ensure buyers are over 18?

We use a third-party background age verification process to validate this confirmation called AgeChecked. If the background verification check fails, you will be contacted by this third-party and asked to provide proof of age. This process happens only once upon placing your first order and is kept on record for repeat purchases. This service is fully compliant with regulatory and industry standards of GDPR and BSI’s PAS 1296.
